J JustJules New member May 7, 2009 #4 I haven't seen a hitch hiker since the 70's... Technically, I don't think pedestrians are allowed on the freeway. This was something which was just overlooked when hitch hiking was in its hey day. I doubt that would fly with the state troopers now.
