About 4 days ago I woke up in the middle of the night with the worst headache I have ever had. It was on both sides of my head above my ears. It felt like extreme pressure, and throbbing. It didn't gradually get worse or better, it just hit me. The headache only lasted about 15 minutes, but it was the worse headache of my life. It really scared me. Would you be able to tell me what type of headache it was and what caused it? I am also prone to ocular migraines, but I know it was not that. Thank you.
