what type of fish will go well in a 30 liter (7 gallon) tank?

i was thinking some female fighter fish but still not sure.

what else can go in a seven gallon tank besides fighter fish? (tropical, heated, lighted, filtered, plenty of live plants, ornament & aerated)

are Gouramis hard to look after?
I found a website that says I could keep Honey Gourami; Dwarf Gourami or Red/Flame Gourami. are they hard to look after? Could I keep a pair of any of these in my tank? would it be big enough?
