I have two compressed discs in my back (L-4 and L-5 discs), and arthritis in the same area. Because of this, my mobility is severely limited - I cannot stand for more than 2 minutes or walk more than 20 ft without excruciating pain.
My problem is that I am gaining weight especially around my thighs.
