I have The Firm Total Body Workout: Time Crunch Workout, and I want to log it in my daily calorie/exercise tracker. I don't know what type of exercise this is, though.
This video contains aerobics (mostly low-impact, some high-impact), a stepping-box, pushups, a really long abs section, dips, squats, and lots of cardio. Almost all of the step-box exercises and dips/squats are paired with weights (between 3 and 10 lbs). It alternates (or combines): cardio, calisthenics, and weights.
It runs for about 45 minutes, and it definitely gets my heart pumping like mad!
Would this be considered circuit training??
I looked at Youtube for circuit training, and I saw people using huge dumbells - that's definitely not what I'm doing. On Wikipedia, though, it says (rather nondescriptly) that circuit training is a combo of cardio and weights.
Thanks in advance!!
