they started off as brown eggs and now they are about 5 months old. they are smaller than most chickens, but i don't think they are bantams. the hens have glossy black feathers with streaks of blue and green. along the neck and chest they have white on their feather as well as the black. they are very friendly and sweet. they don't object to being held and petted, they seem to enjoy it. they run around and are very curious. they haven't started laying eggs. i have googled chicken breeds but i just can't figure it out. does this sound like a particular breed to any one?
