Okay, so this is my situation...
I recently got into a car accident where I rear-ended someone. I have two things on the citation, one is "Due Care", and the other is having no insurance.
I have an out-of-state license and am currently a resident. I was told that I am suppose to take a defensive driving course, yet I cannot take one unless I have car insurance. The thing is, is that the car I drive is in my sisters name and is not yet paid off so it cannot be switched over just yet. So how can I get car insurance if the car i drive isnt in my name? Is there a way I can get insurance on any car "I" drive?
