So I'm a beginner and I'm pretty small (I know I need an equivelant to a 15" - I'm not sure if this is small or extra small?)
I will generally be using it on city roads where it can be quite busy and on roads in the countryside up and down hills. I would prefer it to cope well off-road too occasionally. Its for my own lesiure so I'm not really bothered about going super-fast etc.
My budget is around £250.
