What type of bicycle should i get?

Recomend me one, a good bike since i dont know much about them, a fast one and one that can ride throw tough terrain. i have right now a light blue NEXT bicycle PLUSH something like that, only costed 60$ but my freakn fat coison broke it, lesson learned dont let anyone borrow your bike unless you want to walk to places or spend 1.50 for the bus. IM male 6ft tall if it matters, 160 pds
