What TV Tuner should i buy for my laptop?

I have a Toshiba A505 with an ExpressCard expansion slot. I was told that it can be used for a TV tuner. I've looked online and have only seen USB tuners. Would it be better to buy a USB or ExpressCard tuner? Also, if I buy a tuner do i also have to buy an antenna? Can I get HD programming? I have a lot of questions and am hoping to get a lot of answers!
