What TV show is this from?

There was an episode of a TV show where someone was talking about how they had kept a bag of toenails from when they were a child. I'm pretty sure it was an older show, but I'm not completely sure. I'm also pretty sure that this person was talking about eating the old toenails. I know this sounds weird, but I'm desperate to remember what show this was from.
 
I know theres a scene in Fever Pitch where all the girls were talking about how one of there old boyfriends kept all of his old toe nail clippings and hair. I don't know if thats what you're thinking of, but I don;t know of any T.V shows like that.
