what turkish tv show is this?

while i was in turkey i watched a show on tv. i dont speak turkish and my friend cant recall the name of the show. but the basic premise was this husband and wife watching a neighbor across the road who they thought was a murderer. there was alot or watching with binoclulars and she had a telescoping spy glass (haha!). it was goofy and funny. i want to know what it was! im not even sure if it was a series or tv movie or what. but i liked it :}}
