What truck should I get a dodge ram 1500 or a 2006 Toyota tundra or a ford f 150?

I have to buy my first car and I want a truck. My budget us 16,000. And I've seen. Every model. For that or under that price. And I have herd that Toyota won't give you problems. And dodge and ford. Will. But I like the dodge ram model the best. But well I don't know. So I'd like to hear your advice thanks
