What tricks have you taught your dog?

My dog is a mature 'greyhound/bull terrier' cross of type dog. He can already do sit, down, leave and is currently learning to roll over.
What tricks have you taught your dog?
Any ideas what else i could try to teach him and suggestions how to do it?
