What transmission goes into my van, its a 1994 dodge 250 ram V6 conversion?

Which transmissions can go into my van? The transmission went out and i have called a few places and get widely varied prices on just the transmission. if i went to pick n pull what other vans transmissions might i be able to use? it is a V6 and it is a big conversion van 250 dodge ram
