in ferbruary this year (2012) i was running about 12.8-13 seconds for 100m with no training at all. since then ive been going to the gym a fair bit and doing exerises like squats, leg curls/extensions, calf raises and hip abductions. ive made some progress with the squats going from about 40 to 60kg and significant prgress with the leg extension 2 plates to 10 plates (max amount on the machine) and 3 plates to 9 plates on the curls. im usually doing 3 sets of 10 on each exercise. are there any other exercises i should be focusing on? i dont have a trainer or anything so im training on my own. my goal is to get 12 seconds or under by March 2013 (too high?). im 182cm (5'11) and weigh about 57kg and im 17 years old.
