what touch screen t-mobile phone should I get?

I've been comparing the touchscreen phones that T-Mobile and AT&T have. I just don't know what one to choose. It's between AT&T LG VU, Neon, Quickfire. Or T-Mobile tap, samusung highlight, behold or solstice. Which 1 in ur opinion is the best and what do you like/dislike about the phone, what r the features? I only want to know about these phones, Don't have the money for iphone or anything like that so don't bother saying anything about anyother phone then I've mentioned already. Thanks in advance
