Food stamps! And why is a person allowed to buy candy,sports drinks,designer coffee drinks,donuts,etc. Food stamps should be more regulated,Items should be listed like WIC checks, here's a sample of a WIC check I recently got at work.
1 gallon milk
1 dz. eggs
36 oz. cereal
2 lbs carrots
1lb beans
16 oz peanut butter
