What to write in birthday card for my teacher. Help ASAP?

Its my teachers birthday tomorrow and I do not know what to write in the card?! He has always been there for me and never gave up on me like others have. He has been a mentor to me and a huge support. I was just wondering what to write in his card to show my appreciation?

You should write:
Dear Mr. Whatever,
Happy Birthday you have always been there for me when other teachers weren't. You have been a mentor to me and a HUGE support. I hope you have a great birthday.
Your Name.
