What to write for the school announcements to inform people about my project?

I have to inform people about my senior project. Its a dance in which me and my friend Fill are DJing at. Info that i want to include is a catchy grabber, the tickets cost 5 dollars, they can either come to us or go to the lunch room to buy the tickets. and the dance is on december 17 from 7-10. HELP
