I'm going to a blacklight party..and I have no idea what to wear? Or what to do for my hair and makeup.. Its this weekend so I don't really want to order things off the internet. (I don't want something to come last minute and not work) Obviously whites and neon's but idk what kind of outfit to wear? It's in a hall with about 400 or 500 people so it's going to be pretty hot. I was kind of thinking short shorts (denim? black?) and a ripped up white t-shirt with a bandeau under it. I want to get creative so ideas would be appreciated 
a little info about me (if it helps) I am 17, very girly, and very into fashion so I want to put something really unique together. And im not fat so I dont mind showing some skin..
Also does anyone have any idea where I could find glow in the dark body paint?(not from a website)

Oh and What kind of shoes should I wear? I usually wear heels...but i guess some people say not to wear heels to these kind of dances..
