If they mean black tie, yes long dress

Or they could mean a Pretty knee to tea dress that flows when you dance

Hi, I've been invited to a July wedding in UK and the dress code is Ballroom & Glamorous, what exactly does this mean - can I just wear a nice long dress? Thanks!
