both my neighbours and my house have had problems due to foundation being laid too low, we are going to court over this as it has caused our houses to flood, she has huge cracks up to two and a half feet deep in her garden where she wants to grow grass. what to use to fill these cracks? Plus, huge spiders are living in the cracks we live in South Dakota.just need something to help seal these cracks up so she can plant grass. thank you.
we wanted to wait until the court case, but her little dog broke it's toe due to one of these cracks and we dont want it to happen again. we have take pictures and shown how deep with a measuring stick. Workmen are now scraping grass away to install french drains and they said just play ground sand? I didn't think this would work too well isn't there different kind of sand that would help seal better? Thanks.
