I was going to say Stuffed Peppers. However, other ways to use Green Bell Peppers are, in a Stir-Fry, Fajitas, Tacos, slice them for salads, snacking with other vegetables. You can use them in Chicken or Tuna Salad. Dice them for Spaghetti Sauce, Chop them and use them in Meatloaf.
The Possibilities are endless!
