What to feed a Cricket?

Ok so i have a pet field cricket, and i read you should feed them like fruits and vegatables. i feed mine all kinds of stuff but i want to know: what kind of fruits and veggies would he like best? i have watermelon, (his favorite), tomatos, apples and peppers. (not the spicy kind). so what else should i get him? also, dont ask why i have a pet cricket, because im just 12 and im not like a wierd adult who has no hobby other than keeping bugs around the house XD
