What to expect with college life and what are some good things to know

I can assure you that there is nothing to be worried about, college is one of the best times of your life, the thing that makes it so amazing is how laid back the social scene is. You can just go talk to everyone and become friends, and if not there are plenty of other kids to meet, this is something that can't really be done in the world outside of college. So have fun, the first semester may seem very scary, but as long as you enjoy yourself, it will be a great time, best of luck!

about socializing? I'm going to university this fall and I'm wondering what are some good things to know in advance? The first week is just freshman, which is great because I'm going to meet my future friends there (hopefully) but I think it's going to be really awkward because I won't know anyone there at all. I guess I'm really nervous about it. What are some good ways to socialize and adjust to college life?
