Me and 4 others were charged with a BP 25662 minor in possession of alcohol and cited as a misdemeanor. We were wondering what to expect in court as in will a license restriction take place, community service, and or to just pay a fine. Our main concern is if there is a probability it will be more than one visit to court and if anything will be said in court about the other 4 to cause another problem. Really all were hoping for is to pay a fine and not deal with anymore court visits so any words on what will happen is greatly appreciated. Also, this occurred in the Orange County area.
