What to eat to lose weight.. (Im 14) ?

Im 14 and really want to lose weight! I eat healthily and exercise regularly but i cant seem to lose weight.. Any tips ect? Thanks(:
 
Have fuit and veggies, wholemeal bread instead of white bread, skim milk instead of full cream milk, avoid greasy food such as fries and burgers and limit your sugar intake especially softdrinks like coke (have junkfood once a week say a friday night). Drinking coffee helps alot..it keep you full, but make sure you drink plenty of water so you are hydrated.

Fourteen is too young to be taking any supplements, I wouldn't advise that, you could hurt yourself. I would try increasing your exercising, and watching what you eat. For example, grab an apple to go with lunch as opposed to a bag of chips. And start counting your calories, try and have under 2,000 a day. Most of all, just be patient. Good luck
