What to eat to help stop diarrhea?

I pretty much have a nasty stomach flu that seems to be only causing me to be getting very intense stomach pains on and off and some diarrhea.. What can I take food wise to help calm these symptoms?

Ps I'm already taking pepto bismol ( I know pepto isn't a food but I just wanted to add that info in there)
