What to eat the night before a race/hike?

I think you should eat nothing to heavy or not to high in carbs the night before, becasue it will just convert to sugar. You shoul maybe eat a meal with chicken and a salad or something and in the morinng have a peanut butter sandwich which wil give you a lot of energy, nothing to heavy. Drink a lot of water and you should be good. Good Luck with your race!!!!
