What to eat and drink after exercises?

I usually work out at around 8 p.m. because I don't get home until 6 p.m. then eat, and let my food digest. I do a basic 30 minute workout every night and lift weights 3 days a week. What should I eat or drink before or after workouts. I heard chocolate milk is good after workouts. Is that true?

Hey just becoming a member, glad to be here! I'm glad to be here finally, going to post considering the fact that I've been studying a very long time.

I've been concerned in some other forums and have identified this spot to have significantly much better content material, so it tends to make sense to ultimately publish!

BTW, what can I do to change the time zone for my account? It's kind of weird having the time like 5 hours off lol
