I try to work out everyday at home for 30 - 40 mins. at night. I don't use any equipment. I work on my abs one day and my arms and chest the other, basically do this for 7 days a week. So I was wondering what I should eat after it, cuz I get hungry? Please just don't say, protein shake/bars, cuz I already know that. Anything else? I want to get a 6 pack and strong arms. Also, is drinking raw eggs good for you after a work out?
