What to do with phone

I got the i580 phone thru Nextel's retention department for a very good price. My current phone was breaking apart and the sales staff was not that helpful, so I called retentions.

Retentions sold me the phone for $115 (plus sales tax) and 1 year contract (Sept 2006 to Sept 2007) with no activation fees. It is a great deal. My old contract was going to expire in May 2007.

Due to financial reasons, I'm having second thoughts.

I have not activated or used the phone. I have a few more days before the 30 day guarantee expires.

What do you recommend I do? I still need a new phone.

Should I just keep the phone since it was a good deal? Should I return it? Sell it on eBay?

well our account manager could get me the phone for 199 which is like 50 cheaper that anywhere alse except ebay. you might want sell it fast before that lower the price to move product.
