What to do with old poo in a camper toilet?

We bought a camper and we didnt think to empty the tanks. Its been in there a few years and we dont have a way to take it to a dump tank. Is there another way to deal with it? Is there something we can put in it to kill all the bad stuff in it? I know we cant dump it of course, but we just dont have a way to take the whole camper. Is there a way to empty the tank into another tank and take that to a dump station or something? We just dont know what to do!!
