If you are close to the beach, go for a walk. If near a park, go for a moonlit walk. It is both good for you and will release good feelings,
and you might even have fun. Otherwise, even a walk around the neighborhood might be interesting. If you have a dog, say you need
to take the dog for a walk, and that would be a great walk. There is always having a nighttime sorta like picnic, going to a park/beach
and bringing something good you made, like a good put together sandwich or even just some great desserts, along with some tunes
to listen to.You could even set this same scene up right in ur own
