My 3 year old son used to love breakfast, he would wake up before all of us and right after using the bathroom he would say he was ready to eat. Now for the last 2 weeks, he hates breakfast and he won't eat it. I have tried everything, but he just won't eat it. When I ask if he's hungry or wants food, his reply is always a fast "No". He really needs to eat to have a good start to his day, but he just won't eat. Any suggestions?

Tell him that lunch is served at noon and no snacks or over indulging in chocolate milk and juice.

When lunch time arrives use this time to offer a bountiful supply of corn, broccoli, carrots, peas, green beans, pineapples, peaches, pears, apples, grapes..........

Don't ask him if he wants to eat - start by just getting something out and setting it on the table. Like, muffins, grapes, or something "hand" friendly. This might get the process moving and then you can offer the oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, or whatever you like to give him.
