heyy, i do sports all the time like jogging every morning so my muscles are used to it. but well for the past few days i been doing so much sports, i was dancing and doing many break dance moves like freezes and such for so many hours, all was fine until 20 minutes after practice i felt my muscles starting to hurt more and more and now it's 2nd day and it hurts soooo much, i even scream out when i have to bend down to get something like pen or such! every muscle in my body hurts! LOL please give me some advise!! anything would be helpful! i just want to be at least able to walk to my kitchen to get some water LOL
