What to do when a rental car got damaged and i don’t have the insurance?

I rented a car from a rental company in Vancouver and while driving the rental car the tyre blew and there was a slight dent in the bonnet of the car because i hit the pedestrian i m in a deep trouble is there any way to salvage this problem?
