I'm aware that I'm a rather unattractive person, but I was wondering if any of you had ideas on how I may be able to improve my appearance. Also, what kind of haircut do you think would best suit me? The more details, the better, and feel free to be completely honest. I've supplied some pictures below, thank you.

I usually don't straighten my hair, so it looks like it does in the first two pictures. Let me know which you think looks better. Thank you again.
