What to do to get ready to try out for high school basketball team.?

Drills are emulated basketball skill test.
Running is important unless your 6'11 350 pds of muscle, but since your small and under weight SPEED IS YOUR ONLY ASSET!
 
I believe the most important quality high school coaches look for is your work ethic. It weighs more heavily than how well you shoot or how many moves you have.

With that said, you gotta be able to do those drills really well. You will definitely have to do a lot of running back and forth. If you can be one of the fastest on those drills you'll stick out to the coach. Practice running the floor doing suicides.

There will probably be some lateral movement drills as well. Practice those lateral moves, shuffling your feet. Stay on your toes, bend your knees and get down low.

well I'm going to try out for the high school basketball team in a month or so.
I'm 5'10 130 lb. Good at basketball

I just cant really do the drills and running and stuff. but i am really good at basketball.

what should I do to get ready??
