what to do if community college doesnt work out as planned? in sort of a PANIC so

HELP PLEASE? i go to a california community college and am about to finish up my 60 units.. i just applied to the 5 southern california UC's this past month so i can transfer in FALL 2010... i have rreally been messing up in school lately being so lazy and stuff.. if my gpa continues to drop and i manage to get rejected from all 5 schools... what do i do?! am i supposed to wait a year and apply again? are my chances at getting a BA and attending a 4 yr university over? im completely lost and scared
