I was inside my car parked waiting for my son and th9s dude comes and was going to park infront of me but he didn't make it the way he was parking so he scratch all the side of my cars bumper, and he just said sorry and gave me his number. I really don't know what to do in thos cases nad i want him to pay. I got an estimate and the repai cost 250 dollars can someone hepl with some info..thanks
