My neighbor recently got a Black Lab puppy and she is just the sweetest thing! She is already well-trained and loves to go on walks with my dogs. The only problem is, when she sees strangers, or even some people she knows, she puts up her hackles and backs away barking. She's only 7 months old, but I'm afraid this could eventually lead to serious fear-aggression. What are some exercises my neighbor could do with her to help with her skittish behavior?
