What to do about crude, bad-mannered co workers?

A good friend of mine is the sweetest girl you'll meet, but recently she said she cried because these 2 very mean coworkers were almost abusing her - misplacing her items, bumping into her walking by, telling lies to manager and boss, ganging up on her, the boss likes them because they work a lot and ask for nothing. What should I tell her? What can she do? I feel bad
