...number)? I've received countless phone calls from some kind of bill collection service (I assume that's what it's about). When I asked one of the persons that called, they said that they were with Sonic Funding (?) for Visa. Anyway, as soon as I tell them they have the wrong number, they hang up on me every time! I wouldn't care, but they keep calling me. They just called me again like 15 minutes ago and I started to tell the girl that the person they are trying to reach is not at this number, and SHE hung up on me too! It is really exasperating. I have dialed the number that shows up on my phone and left a voicemail (including one a few minutes ago, filled with expletives), but who knows if anyone ever checks that box. Is there any way to report these people for harrassment? And if so, to whom? Maybe the next time they call, I'll just scream into the phone as loud as I can.
I suppose I could have fun with it and do what I used to do to telemarketers back in the day -- say, "oh, just a minute," set the phone down, and never return. I have lots of rollover minutes, I could just waste those. Hmmmm.....
