ok I know this lady who owns a trailer (Mary) well she let her daughter in law (candy) stay free of charge with her 6 kids well they destroyed it(lets just says some one was to lazy to fix the drain off the washing machine and the water was standing in the floor. Then the moved and left her power on and then didn't' come back for 3 weeks well Mary went to see a judges secretary and she said as long as the power was off you could remove the items to a safe dry place well they moved most of the things to a building well then candy was mad because her things were moved found out the power was cut off by the box and she went down and got another month on the power to be a pain well now Mary can't be around candy because she said that Mary burn her things out side well candy always burned things outside so it couldn't have been her Mary is in bad health and can't go out if it's windy now candy came by and pulled boards off Mary building got a few things they made a report nothing then she came by today, and nothing was done keep in mind they leave 90 feet from each other... then they had said if Mary would but up a paper letter saying she had an five days to leave well it's been over weeks with that note on the door and she still haven't came back the power is just got cut off in candy name is it legal to go in and remodel and fix damages but she still has a few things left in the house like a few small things and a couch but they couldn't move them in time because of her saying she still stays there? But they need to fix the damages because they have 5 windows to replace, walls, floors a ceiling were one of candy's kids punched holes in it the list can go on forever any advice?
to add on Mary had to go to jail for damage to candys things and now going to court on may 27 so i think they might should wait until after court but all candy keep saying was she just wanted her things to the police and she still hasnt' got them but what puzzles me the most she jumping up and down going i leave in this place and there is illegal cable there they forgot to cut off years ago and mary never said anything about that just she wanted her to leave so she could have someone to come in and remodel??? i'm a friend of a family member in that family and wanted to know what someone else would do????
