What to discuss in group therapy?

I just started going and feel I have nothing to talk about. I initially started going because of feeling depressed but now I don't feel depressed anymore. I'm really happy now. So what do I talk about if I'm happy? In the group at the beginning we have to say what we plan to discuss and work on that session and at the end say if we were satisfied.
 
what is the group for? was it for depression? was it recommended for you or did you seek it out? if each session is a different topic just bring up something that is on your mind that day. just because your happy doesn't mean you can't benefit from the group experience. you may be helpful to someone else too.

It migtht help to bring that up in group... you werre depressed, now you're not.... that might be interesting to discuss...


maybe you no longer need group therapy since you feel fine now if you honestly are fine.

Anyways, let them know you feel great and basicaly what you said here and see what happens from there
