What to discuss before moving in with boyfriend...?

I have decided to move in with my boyfriend. I just want advice on what to discuss with him before he moves in. I don't want opinions on whether or not to move in with him....I already got those.

We have already decided we will evenly split the rent and utilities....we'll take turns buying groceries.

What should I say about cleaning, and chores?

We spend time together at my apartment now, but we also get out and do fun things together a couple times a week (fishing, movies, etc). About once a week I go out with my friends without him and he does the same. Sometimes we hang out with each other's friends too. Probably once a week.

Anything else important to talk about to make this work? We know each other's "quirks" pretty well.

A mutual friend considered moving into the other bedroom of my apartment, but I don't know if that's a good idea or not.
 
Whatever you do, do not let the other friend move in. I've done this and it turned into a party friend house and ruined my relationship with the guy I was living with.

Things to discuss with your boyfriend: I would say discuss who cleans what and when, discuss what happens if you break up do you move/does he who takes what stuff (no one want to think about breaking up but its something to be discussed), naked rules (some guys once they get comfortable they start doing the secret things they did before you existed like be naked all day watching tv on the living room couch), if you are going to have family dinners, etc.
