What to cook for co-worker?

I've been at this job for almost two months now and the girl who trained me and I have got closer from talking at work and outside of work. Not sure if things will go down the relationship route or just really good friends either way we both make each other very happy and love to joke and flirt with one another. I told her that one night when she isn't working ( she works 2 jobs and goes to school) that I would come over to her place and make her some dinner, as well as for her two young daughters. Just trying to come up with a good meal I could make and put together thats works for her and her two kids. Just trying to make it a good night with some good food and spend time with all of them. Any ideas would be helpful, thanks
