What to change about your lifestyle while being pregnant?

It's all about balance. Look at the food pyramid, see how much of each food you need and go from there. Take prenatals, get prenatal care, you could start swimming or doing some walking.. be happy!
 
Eating a balanced meal is good, make sure you get fiber constipation is a pregnancy issue. Exercise daily, try to limit caffeine, don't eat nitrates like in hotdogs, sausages, etc, prenatal vitamins, Eat Omega 3's *makes the baby smarter.*
